Katarina Witt measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Katarina began ice-skating at age five. It was not long before her abilities became apparent and at the age of Karl-Marx-Stadt she was accepted into a school specifically for kids with sporting talents. This was where she was introduced to the coach of her choice, Jutta Muller. Witt achieved her breakthrough by finishing second at the 1982 World Championships, held in Copenhagen. The grace and elegant style of Witt caught the eye of the world and she's dominating her sport since then. Olympic triumph Katarina (now Witt) took home the women's Figure Skating gold medal at Sarajevo in the Sarajevo Winter Games. A few years later, she won an even tighter contest. She actually lost the free-skating competition, but won the gold medal on her performances during the compulsory figure and the short program. Witt became the first woman to take home a gold medal in both the men's and women's figure-skating competitions ever since Sonja Hiene. Hall of Fame After enjoying success as an actress, Witt returned to the figure skating sport to take part in the 1994 Lillehammer Winter Games. The crowd was captivated by her performance despite her having finished seventh. Witt was inducted into the World Figure Skating Hall of Fame by its members in the year 1995.
